Private Residential Programs

A residential rehab program is when you live at the treatment center and receive all necessary treatment on the property. It is extremely beneficial to have access to 24-hour care and treatment access. By removing yourself from your home and residing at the rehab facility you can safeguard yourself against the triggers that keep you trapped in the cycle of substance dependence.

You are less susceptible to relapse when you finish your rehab program in a secure center where the environment is supportive.

Inpatient rehab programs are recommended for clients with strong drug and alcohol dependencies, co-occurring disorders or dual diagnosis. We know that the first year of recovery are difficult and after a residential treatment program, you must remain focused in order to maintain your sobriety. When your inpatient program is finished you will want to be independent and your focus will be on the things you want to do with your new life.

We can help you recover.

Sober Living Programs

A sober living program will provide you with important skills you need, through guidance and support. You can expect:

  1. Sending a house manager to check in on you every day
  2. Fostering the sorts of behaviors that are expected in recovery
  3. Developing supportive and beneficial connections with other peers in recovery

Outpatient Programs

The flexibility of outpatient programs means that you do not have to stop work commitments or family commitments, as you can come to the rehabilitation center and undergo weekly treatments in your own time.

Outpatient programs help you with:

  1. Educational workshops on drug use
  2. Counseling and therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or group therapy – Your individual needs will determine the duration of your outpatient program, which could extend from a few months to more than year.

Detox Only Programs

The first steps of any rehab program is detoxification, which eliminates all traces of substances from your body and deals with your physical dependency on it. You usually undergo withdrawal symptoms as a normal response to the absence of the substance in your system.

This is just the beginning of the rehab process, the next phase is to confront and manage the underlining causes of your addiction, so that the pattern does not happen again. Once alcohol or drugs have been detoxed from your system you may notice some cravings for it, along with some withdrawal symptoms for a period afterwards. Your odds of relapse are reduced as you build on the important skills necessary to cope with your new life.

Paying for Private Treatment

Private rehab must be paid self-funded or claimed via your health insurance. The majority of health insurance providers usually cover at least parts of your rehab treatment, such as detox, rehab therapy, medication and relapse support. The amount covered for treatment will be determined by your provider and the details of your policy.

You should identify how much cover you can access before signing up for a treatment program. To find out what you could claim through your insurance provider, click on our Verify Your Insurance page. If you do not make a claim against your health insurance you must pay the center directly for your rehab treatment. Many rehab facilities provide payment plans to clients who find the cost to be prohibitive.

State Funded Programs

If you are struggling with drug or alcohol dependency and little to no financial means to pay for private treatment, you may be suitable for a state-funded rehabilitation program. Using stipends from state, federal and Medicaid budgets, these types of programs help to remove financial hurdles to rehab by providing:

  1. Safe & confidential medical detox
  2. Rehab treatments which includes relapse prevention programs

State-funded rehab programs offer support to people with little to no disposable income or do not have health insurance. In order to qualify you will need to provide information regarding:

  1. Proof of residence
  2. Proof of earnings
  3. Details about your addiction from your medical history and information about your substance misuse
  4. Evidence that you can stay in the US legally

Maintaining Addiction Recovery in Rocklin

Leaving the comfort of residential rehab and returning home can prove difficult for people starting out in recovery. When you were in rehab the environment was controlled and you had support from professionals. As you adjust to life after rehab it is very likely that you will find yourself in situations that you still need to learn to address. Long term sobriety is more difficult to maintain when you have had a severe dependency and do not have social support when you leave rehab. Guidance and aftercare support is integral in the early stages of recovery to help prevent relapse.

Aftercare & Alumni Programs

Aftercare programs extend your rehab program once you return to your daily life. Relapse may happen in 60% of cases, and due mostly to the unpredictability of life post-rehab, having aftercare is an integral part of your recovery journey. When you get close to completing your rehab program, you should think about which services will support you in your long term recovery. We will develop an aftercare program that empowers you.

After completing your addiction treatment program you will be eligible to join an alumni community program so you can stay in contact with staff and ex-clients. You will enjoy access to Alumni events and receive support and encouragement from ex-clients who are in recovery long-term. You might also like to return the favor by offering support to other individuals in recovery.

Support Groups (Fellowship Meetings)

Support groups are vital to maintaining recovery as they focus on the need for social connections in recovery. If you join a group that utilizes the 12 steps, like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, you will receive life-long support through group meetings.

You will learn from lived experiences of others and share your own at support group meetings. Friendship, empowerment and taking responsibility for our actions are key to long-term recovery, and meetings provide many with the necessary tools to stay sober.
